Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. territories. We also do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery timelines.

Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements—every order ships to you at no cost.

Carriers
We work with a rotating network of trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Depending on your location and the size of your package, your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages
