Q: What is Cottoqpaxi? Are you affiliated with any other brand?
A: Cottoqpaxi is an independent, privately owned retail brand based in Boise, Idaho. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other brand, company, or organization – including those with similar‑sounding names. All products sold on our website are exclusively offered by Cottoqpaxi. Our branding, product selection, and business operations are entirely our own.
Q: Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or any international addresses. All orders are delivered to addresses within the lower 48 states.
Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after you place them. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders – there is no minimum purchase requirement. You will never be charged for shipping when you order from Cottoqpaxi.

A: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and not damaged by you after delivery. If your item arrived already damaged or defective, please see our separate section for damaged items – we cover those fully as well. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve or reject the refund within 1 to 2 business days. After approval, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timeline. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
