Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Not damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer after delivery
Items that were damaged by the customer after receipt are not eligible for return. However, if your item arrived damaged or defective (i.e., the damage existed prior to delivery), please refer to the “Damaged or Defective Items” section below – such items are fully covered under a separate process.
We also do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cottoqpaxi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free of charge. We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees applied to any returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not offer store credit as an alternative refund method unless specifically requested by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective (i.e., the issue existed prior to you opening the package), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cottoqpaxi.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. This is a separate process from standard returns and does not affect your eligibility for other returns.
